The Projects,Tenders and Local Content Authority of the Sultanate of Oman, actively encourages all Ministries and government projects to source their requirements from Walaa. This aligns with the Sultanate’s Local Content initiative, ensuring national projects directly benefit local industries.

The Projects, Tenders and Local Content Authority (PTLCA) is the official Tendering Authority of Oman, established by the Government. All Oman’s Administrative Entities whose Tender/Contract value is above OMR 3,000,000 are required to procure Contracts, Goods, and Services through the Projects, Tenders and Local Content Authority (PTLCA).
