You further agree to indemnify and hold PTLCA & BGI and related subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of this Terms and Conditions, or any breach of any representation made by You in this Terms and Conditions, or any violation of any law or the rights of a third party that occurs in connection with your use of the Service.
- 8.1. When You use Walaa, PTLCA collects official information which You provide on the Walaa and information on how You use the Portal, for example by registering to the Portal. This information includes your & your company name, phone number, email address etc
- 9.1. Walaa accepts online payments for purchases. Debit or credit card details are processed securely by authorized third-party payment gateways.

- 9.3. BGI shall not be liable for any fraud, identity theft, or misuse arising from third-party payment transactions.
